For sole proprietorships - natural persons:
At the stage of creating a B2B user account, the mandatory Name, Business Activity, VAT number, VAT number, telephone, full address (ZIP, region, city, prefecture) and possibly fax, as well as the applicant's details (Name, Surname, phone, mobile, email, as well as password and potentially work location).
C) When completing your order:
In case you have created a user account we will use your Data that you have registered when you registered with our services,
If you do not wish to create a user account every time you wish to place a new order, you will re-enter the Data mentioned above to create and complete an account.

Recipients of the Data are the absolutely necessary personnel of the Company, who are committed to confidentiality and the companies cooperating with us, which process your Data as Processors on our behalf and in accordance with our orders.
We may share or disclose your Data when you have expressly requested it or when required by law.
The Performers have agreed and contractually committed to the Company:

not to send Data to third parties without the Company's permission,

We do not send your Data outside the European Union (EU). Your Personal Data is only stored and processed within the E.E.

We respond to your Requests free of charge without delay, and in every case
If your Requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive in particular due to their repetitive nature, the Company may impose a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or carrying out the requested action, or refuse to proceed with the Request .
