For sole proprietorships - natural persons:

At the stage of creating a B2B user account, the mandatory Name, Business Activity, VAT number, VAT number, telephone, full address (ZIP, region, city, prefecture) and possibly fax, as well as the applicant's details (Name, Surname, phone, mobile, email, as well as password and potentially work location).

C) When completing your order:

In case you have created a user account we will use your Data that you have registered when you registered with our services,
If you do not wish to create a user account every time you wish to place a new order, you will re-enter the Data mentioned above to create and complete an account.

For your Data related to the sending of newsletters, product promotion, satisfaction research and the use of Cookies, the law of their processing is based on your consent.

Recipients of the Data are the absolutely necessary personnel of the Company, who are committed to confidentiality and the companies cooperating with us, which process your Data as Processors on our behalf and in accordance with our orders.

We may share or disclose your Data when you have expressly requested it or when required by law.

The Performers have agreed and contractually committed to the Company:

to maintain confidentiality,
not to send Data to third parties without the Company's permission,
to take appropriate security measures,
to comply with the legal framework for the protection of personal data and in particular the GDPR Regulation.
We do not send your Data outside the European Union (EU). Your Personal Data is only stored and processed within the E.E.

The data provided by you will be held/stored by us only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which you have communicated your data to us and in compliance with the applicable statutory provisions.

You can object to the processing of your Data or withdraw your consent and we will stop processing your Data, unless there are other compelling and legitimate reasons that override your right.

We respond to your Requests free of charge without delay, and in every case

If your Requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive in particular due to their repetitive nature, the Company may impose a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or carrying out the requested action, or refuse to proceed with the Request .

We process your Data in accordance with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data 2016/679/EU, and in general the applicable national and European legislative and regulatory framework for the protection of personal data.
